EngageWell IPA was created by New York City not-for-profit organizations working together to offer coordinated, integrated treatment options that include addressing social determinants of health—housing, nutrition, economic security. Our 20-member agencies have a long history of engaging and caring for New Yorkers:
Of all races, nationalities, gender identities and sexual orientations
Who are low-income, including those who are homeless or unstably housed
With serious medical and behavioral health conditions even if they are actively using alcohol and/or drugs.
EngageWell’s service network empowers and enables individuals to live healthier lives and stay out of the hospital; secure and maintain housing; and avoid preventable behavioral health crises.
